MINUIT PORTANT is a dance-theatre work rooted in an 18th-century aesthetic, where two female bodies move from the objects shaped by history to that of living subjects, questioning constructions of gender and the gaze, and revealing the tensions between inherited norms and the desire for contemporary emancipation.
