See It Again

Funny, relatable, and timely, and the acting is wonderful. Vivian Davidson steals the show as the endearing giant rat Fritz. Climate action, intrusive security, ageism, all packaged in a humorous tale.

Bravo, director Mairy Beam and cast and crew.

This was a very sweet show with a good performances all around. I think it is interesting that it presents itself as a show about environmentalism when I was more moved by the prevalent ageism from the main characters son. Frankly I think it could have lost the rat character all together. I also found it a bit long and think it might stand to be cut down to a tight 30 minutes.

This sweet and funny show made me think about climate action, family dynamics, attitudes toward aging, and the nature of friendship. Great ensemble work by a small but mighty cast, and lovely use of music for tone-setting and social commentary. And now I want to go talk to my Member of Parliament AND eat some beets!
