Orbitiing
Orbiting: “Close enough to see you, but far enough to never talk.” Ever spent a night negotiating with a closed bedroom door, hunting for verbal contact and praying for a sign of life from your teenager? As moms, we spend half our lives shouting into the void, hoping our love and advice somehow breaches the perimeter. Pull up a chair, pour a glass, laugh, cry, and journey into the chaotic world of Gen Z motherhood. You are definitely not alone in the atmosphere.

This is a very special piece of theatre. The subject matter is the modern family where everyone is connected to their devices, And orbiting around each other which is very relatable. For the huge percentage of people, who’ve had a child who deals with behavioral health issues, this piece hits home. The walking on eggshells, self-medicating, holding on by a thread. Go see this piece it’s very real and extremely well acted!
