Luminarium
This show was incredible. Set design, tricks, story, costumes, talent, all impeccable.
Do not miss this show!! The tricks and fluid movement are awe-inspiring - it feels like a dance. Both performers are amazing! An absolute joy to watch, from their expressive faces to their wild and precise juggling. Their connection with each other and the audience grounds this solarpunk show in the present moment, holding your attention for the entire hour. An impressive feat (esp. as my mind likes to wander). It’s playful, mesmerizing, and truly special, with a clear and compelling narrative told entirely without words. A true Fringe gem. Go see this two-person circus show ASAP, you’ll love it!!
I’m a fan of circus arts but this show had props used in ways that I’ve never seen before. It was well paced, technically brilliant, with humor and a story, all done without any dialogue
Entertaining, visually mesmerizing at times, a touching underlying story. Very talented performers! I liked the solarpunk theme too. I suggest seeing it with a comedy before or after, to get a good yin yan of relaxing & crazy. 😊 @karenkra
Stunning visuals and astonishing skill. Further proof that juggling is an art on par with any other performing field. Beautiful narrative and storyline as well - showing the power of connection and play
Don't miss it!
Luminarium was a lovely way to begin my Fringe this year! It was a magical mash up of juggling, dance, and postapocalyptic, slightly steampunk whimsy, with the added bonus of things that glow in the dark . Delightful.
Wow! I was entranced! What a show. So many creative movements between these 2 performers. Definitely flabbergasted by the combinations of ways to use juggling props! Who doesn’t love a post apocalyptic theme?! Also love the fish 🐠
great performance, fun and entertaining. The performer showcased truly amazing juggling skills. Every routine was executed with such control and creativity that it felt more like a dance than a performance
