How to Save the World from a Bus to Thunder Bay
When their bus hits a pothole on Highway 11, Dylan, Willoughby, and the Driver think it's the worst of their problems. But when unexpected visitors appear from above, they realize they might not make it to Thunder Bay after all. Through an explosive and extinctive threat, the three of them are forced to ask: can stories save the world? If not, then what will?
Inspired by science-fiction tropes, slow-moving bureaucracy, and Roland Emmerich’s 1990 film Independence Day, this play offers a hilarious, off-beat, and moving exploration of why we tell stories, when to take action, and how to keep trying.

This was a fun sci-fi piece that was extremely entertaining and well acted. They were five performers in each had their own archetype associated with their characters. The premise is hilarious but there’s a great lesson that you see develop and play out at the end. This piece flies by perhaps because aliens are involved!

Mind Blown
This was so well written, acted and directed. Everything moved and flowed so well. The fast-paced dialogue was performed so well, packed with witty jokes and references. Its reminiscent of hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, lilo and stitch and of course INDEPENDENCE DAY! Definitely a must see this fringe!
