I did not know what to expect, but I left with a new appreciation of the complicated experience that new comers to Canada face when trying to move forward in their lives. This is a very abrupt and, at times uncomfortable, show. Yet it is a very necessary experience n the cultivation of empathy and an appreciation of the importance of moving past black and white thinking when it comes to the immigrant experience.
