Seems like a silly premise, but extremely entertaining. Normally I'd hate to watch people in pain, but it's all in good fun. Kinda like watching MXC.

Hopefully not a spoiler, but the hilarity comes from watching their reactions to trying to suppress the pain and their realization that this is what women deal with every month. Wish I could watch it again!
