A TAMPON, A CHAIR, AND A BRIDE WALK ONTO A PLANE
I think it would be best to ask if you want Comfort or criticism for this review. Since I can't really ask you in person I will have to give you both.
Comfort: a wonderfully creative and heartfelt shovel that explores the catharsis of femininity at menopause while coming to terms with separation and the desire to still find connection. I really enjoyed and appreciated the honesty of Nico's personal story and would love to see more in the future.
Criticism: I think a separate director could help bring more life to this performance to find where the monologue and comedy can be punctuated. A lot of the time the audience laughed where the monologue was funny to the audience. This could be better delivered. The action and propwork was definitely on point. All in all a solid performance.

Some very amusing tampon bits mixed in and somewhat related to a chair and a second wedding. It was an enjoyable hour.
A great Fringe debut, I had an amazing time watching the show! A wonderful exploration of the ups and downs of life, full of funny moments and incredible prop use. A few moments of fun audience participation, including being seat mates on a flight. Nico should be proud of her work!
Nico's quirky, charming, performance warmed my heart and had me laughing. It's a wonderful one woman show, I'd watch it again.

Equal balance of insight and great punchlines exploring identity as you age. The chair character was my favorite but General tampon isn't too far behind!
Funny, goofy, creative and great audience participation. I love the Tampon and chair costume.
A very fun solo sketch show. I've seen a lot of sketch and this one is very unique! You get to meet a bunch of different characters and get their hilarious perspectives. Definitely check this show out!
I am still laughing!! If you see one show at Fringe this year, see this!! You will laugh, get a little misty eyed for a tampon (seriously!!) and be taken on a hilarious and touching mid life journey through Nico’s eyes.. and you might even get to sit on her lap - brilliant!! 🌟
Nicos show was awesome! I cant write without doing spoilers but have you ever thought of what a chair thinks when you sit on it? It was both funny and emotional and it makes you think.
I didn’t know what to expect and i was surprised In a good way.

This show was so funny that my cheeks hurt from laughing and smiling. Very clever and relatable themes and truly creative comedy. I appreciate the absurdist yet grounded in reality humour.
I will go see it again on the 19th!
This show had some genuinely hilarious moments... I don't want to spoil anything, but omg the scene on the plane 🤣 I liked the addition of some audience participation, and the creepy/creepy chair and general.crampon were also great characters.
Bold, original, and quirky, and so relatable for people who have bled monthly. All genders in this delighted audience laughed throughout the show as we were introduced to a range of distinct characters and voices.
I'm disabled but willing to climb that long flight of stairs to see this solo show again. I yearned to sit in the front row but the pre show music was too loud for my sensitive ears.
The props assistant did a great job on opening night!
