Terrible Fish

Caitlin is brilliant - a comedic tour-de-force.

I cannot possibly recommend this show enough. I laughed, I had my heartstrings pulled, and I felt seen.

If you get the chance PLEASE do yourself the favour of seeing Terrible Fish.

So very good. A great performer sharing a great reflection. Multi-talented with poetry, piano, banjo, and song. I would see it again; everyone woman should see it and every person who knows a woman should see it.

This play was so well performed. The content was so relatable and I found myself wrapped up in the feelings presented. The delivery about menopause was a chef's kiss. Would definitely see this again.

I loved this show!!!! A beautiful blend of comedy, poetry, music and heart. It is a "Gut-punch" in the best way possible. The lighting/sound choices helped transition between emotional beats, the whole show was perfectly put together.

This is a great piece of theatre! Terrible Fish is a well written, tight production that is expertly executed by Caitlin Murphy. You knew from the first few lines that you were in good hands and could just sit back and enjoy. And the content: clever, researched, global and personable. I'm not generally an easy laugher but Terrible Fish had me snorting out loud. So many relatable moments.

Being a woman of a certain age, I really related to the premise that women seem to become invisible to some after a certain age. And while there was well-earned rage, there were also many lines that made me laugh out loud. Well written, lots of input by women writers of the past, great character work and so heartfelt. Caitlin Murphy is so talented, go see this show. Highly recommend!!
