Beautiful, heartbreaking, gritty, redemptive. I was changed by this performance. It's a call to forgiveness and reaching out. Thank you, David Proctor, for this powerful work.

A one-man show about a grown man's relationship with his dying father, this is a traditional straight play and drama, far removed from the ordinary quirky Fringe vibe, yet striking and beautiful at what it is.

The theatre hung on to every word.

Mind Blown

🎭 I left this performance changed. 🎭

It was just a privilege to witness such a rare and extraordinary talent—an experience that felt transformative, as though I went through my own metamorphosis alongside the character.

In an age where toxic masculinity too often dominates the narrative, it was profoundly refreshing to hear the voice of a working man who has clearly done the inner work—a portrait of what it means to be a real man.

It was deeply touching, and profoundly human, Delivered with astonishing vulnerability and emotional truth, it was a masterclass in performance. I could easily have stayed another two hours, captivated, wanting more.

This is an artist we must see more of—on stage and on screen.
