Sato SHIWA
I went to see it because the reviews were so good.
It was a two-person play with simple equipment, no microphones, but it was full of clever touches and I thoroughly enjoyed the 60 minutes.
The content really resonated with me. I'm also a performer, and I struggle with not being able to do a full-time job, and even when I want to quit, opportunities come my way, and I can't suppress my inner self.
I wholeheartedly wanted to root for her adorable character.
I went to see the show on the 5th. The story's plot twists were so cleverly unpredictable that I was completely captivated until the very end. The sound was a little difficult to hear at first until I got used to the microphones, but it became clear once I did.
The live music, the three singers' incredibly skillful performances, and the well-placed humor made it a musical I personally enjoyed. I also loved how it made the most of the stage's unique characteristics.
I don't usually like overly unrealistic stories, but this one skillfully blended a fantastical story with a realistic one, drawing me in completely.
It was a whirlwind 55 minutes where I could fully enjoy the tough physical abilities and perfectly synchronized movements of all the dancers. Although there wasn't a particular story, I was able to understand it better after reading the explanation after the performance. Pay attention to the dancers' expressions as well. I got goosebumps several times. I think anyone who has had even a little involvement with dance will definitely enjoy it.
