So so so so so so so so so so so so so cool!!
I was in awe of how the performer was able to control their movements and show so much emotion through them. I gravitate towards very physical performances, yet haven't really seen much miming before at all; so this was quite the introduction for me.
There was a moment I started tearing up which surprised me. This piece is really something. It's funny, beautiful, surreal etc just go see it.
This is why fringe is such a joy; art like this is able to be showcased. If you have any interest at all in clowning go see this show. If you don't... STILL GO SEE THIS SHOW.
These performers have something meaningful to say and they were able to figure out how to say it in an entertaining, silly, weird way that in my opinion just works so well.
Charlie Lasagna got ME GOING WOOOOWEEE
If you like Eric Andre/Tim Robinson in the slightest check this out. It's a riot.
Bringing a classic Greek tale to life through this clowning lens just worked so well for me. All three performers had great physicality and were able to balance comedy with tragedy. There's some really beautiful staging imagery and lighting. I dont wanna ramble too much - no notes.
Great show!
