I am obsessed with these witches (sorry - HAGS!). I give it 4 stars, only because the ending is a little convoluted. It felt like maybe the last 15 minutes was written by someone else? The introduction of new characters, who I was expecting to be the warlocks, was someone else entirely. A bit of a curve ball that made the ending hard to follow. I wish the story had just carried on with the witches. However, it is absolutely worth taking in! Fun characters, costumes, and props.

5+ stars. This one hit me in the feels. Mothers are often portrayed as having that "silent anger" and stuffing down their rage. And maybe there is a time for that, but not when fighting for your childs life. Beth is the Mama Bear that all Mothers pray to become when it counts the most. I felt all the things she was feeling and I left feeling seen as a parent.
