Hey! What do I know. I’m just some guy on the internet who has been to a bunch of fringe shows. If you don’t know what to see, just pick a random one. It’s fringe!!
Amazing story telling and great performances. Really enjoyed the group acts. I never thought opening a jar of pickles would be so glamorous.
Great story telling. Really expected the story telling to having an ending that tied it all together. His magic tricks are all part of a story about his experiences early in his career.
This show is significantly more story telling than magic which is great for fringe, but not great if you're expecting a full magic show.
I wish he tied everything together at the end because American Airlines lost his luggage again.
The first few minutes of the show I had no idea what to think. Then Chris hits the crowd incorporating their own reactions but in such a ways as to not be sure if it happened. Gasp! This is when it dawned on the audience that it's funny. Really funny! One audience member lost their minds laughing and that just made it even funnier. My face hurt by the end. The way Chris Gibbs riffs on the crowd's reactions is absurdly and seamlessly amazing. Would love to see the 90 minute version of the show as I think he could just keep going forever. 10/10 would see him again next year!
Amazing! An hour long series of amazing story telling through song that will leave you wanting more.
Hot dog this was a great show! Completely underrated! Expected a two man show and a talented full cast appeared out of no where!

Wow!!!! Just wow! This is what fringe is for! 11 out of 10! Cannot recommend enough. The posters and the art don’t do this justice. You can’t capture the essence of Gerald! I’ll be chanting Gerald for a long time!
Wildly different and very well done! You have to experience this once in a lifetime opportunity and milk it for all the juice it’s worth!

Unfortunately the catastrophic audio failures throughout the show made it difficult to enjoy for me. Most of the music ended up being basically just drums, and only half the mics seemed to work half the time. A lot of jokes, lyrics, and lines were completely missed because you just couldn’t hear them.
It wasn’t nearly as good as previous shows from the same cast, though I honestly don’t know how much of that was the show itself versus the sound problems. The band was clearly doing their best despite having almost no sound for most of the performance.
Abby and Malachi are stars as always. I just wish I’d actually been able to hear the show they were performing.
One of the best one-man shows I’ve seen at the Fringe in years! This show is amazing!
The a really well done! This show will have your head will explode like a ketchup packet under a car tire! I love the narration, sound effects were amazing, and the inside jokes inside the story were awesome! He does an extremely great job narrating the Canyon’s internal thoughts and bringing the whole story to life.
At first it makes sense, then you’re completely lost, and then it makes complete sense again! It’s not just a straightforward mystery. It has you laughing every moment you’re guessing what just happened, and it all comes together in such a witty and really funny way.
10/10! If I could have my memory erased I would absolutely see again!
