Instead of mind blown, can I say heart blown?

Being Norwegian is a fresh respite from all of the knee-slapping, outrageous and off-kilter comedy that is so rife at the festival this year. Everyone is trying to tickle the funny bone.

This program is heart-wrenching. Thoughtful. Awkward. Sloppy. Imperfect in a world that expects societal perfection.

This 45-minute show offers a small glimpse into two people's lives that intersected one night, and how loneliness and guardedness can become vulnerability and connection through courage.

Thank you for this beautifully scripted, mature presentation. I cried, and I was glad to do so.

Wow. Adam Proulx furiously choreographs and voices TWELVE puppets in the courtroom of this hilarious and often touching program. You will be riveted for the duration following the court case and the lives of the jurors. You become so intimately connected to each one of the characters. I cannot say enough about this event!

Colonial Circus is a wild bizarre romp into gut splitting comedy while also riding an undercurrent of a smart social commentary. It's so hilarious and crazy at times that it's impossible to describe. But no matter, these two clowns have tremendous chemistry and play the crowd brilliantly. The time flew. And I'd give it more stars if I could. Go in with an open mind and be ready to have your day brightened significantly.

Bruce Ryan Costello puts on a one man show recreating the Sputnik launch into space by the Russians when they sent a dog, Laika. Here, Bruce is the dog. 🐶

The show starts out somewhat slowly as Bruce tells some witty jokes to connect with the audience. But as the stories continue, the gravity of the moment becomes more heartfelt and the play becomes far more rich and connective.

I would definitely see this if you get the chance. Clearly it's got a reputation as the show I went to was sold out.

There are some laughs, education but also some heartfelt moments.
