Adam is one talented performer! He impressed with his puppet designs and puppeteer skills, being able to transform one puppet body into 12 distinct characters. The puppet was an extension of his body and he transformed his voice and physicality so much for each character, it was great but also a touch distracting as I found myself watching him and his face acting each character more than the puppet. The story has a great message and is very well done!

Adam Francis Proulx somehow turns one puppet into 12 completely distinct jurors, each with their own voice, personality and point of view, and the characterization is so strong that I genuinely stopped noticing his own mouth was moving. Beneath the wonderfully ridiculous murder mystery involving a butcher, a baker and a candlestick maker is a sharp, surprisingly thoughtful look at bias, confirmation bias and reasonable doubt. I laughed constantly, but the show also gave me plenty to think about afterward. A hilarious, clever and technically impressive Fringe experience, and one of the strongest shows we've seen in 2026.

Wow. Adam Proulx furiously choreographs and voices TWELVE puppets in the courtroom of this hilarious and often touching program. You will be riveted for the duration following the court case and the lives of the jurors. You become so intimately connected to each one of the characters. I cannot say enough about this event!

A cryptic mystery! A dubious suspect! And a jury of puppets ready to crack the case! 12 Angry Puppets is a murder mystery puppet show where 12 puppet jurors have to decide the verdict of a murder case, where every single puppet is played by Adam Francis Proulx — who plays every character absolutely fantastically.

An old woman, a young boy, a nerdy law student, a burly Russian man — Proulx truly displays his remarkable vocal and acting range by acting as 12 entirely different puppets, doing incredible voices and spectacular characterization. Truly, he should consider being an audiobook narrator.

Each puppet consists of changing the facial features and outfit of one puppet! Proulx does this expertly, remaining in character as he changes the puppet’s character, allowing for the audience to remain immersed in the story and continue thoroughly enjoying ourselves, as we absolutely were.

This show was hilarious, interesting, and truly impressive to witness. I even forgot to take notes during the show as I was just having so much fun. Prepare yourself to enter the courtroom as you learn the backstory of each intriguing and humorous puppet, and get ready to fall out of your seat laughing as the mystery uncovers.

Adam Francis Proulx uses one puppet body and creates the characters on stage. we are swept from our seats into a comedic yet thought-provoking play that shows us the hilarious-yet difficult to manage-world of law and public vote.

Adam Francis Proulx must have some kind of magic powers to make this one puppet come to life as 12 separate characters all while the audience can see him right there as the puppeteer. I really felt like the words were coming from the puppet!! The show has a point, and a good one, without being cheesy. But you’re there for the characters and the witty script.
