I went into this show not really knowing what to expect, and in some ways that added to the magic. The physicality was on point right from the first moment. The audience interactions were delightful, and I left the theatre feeling lighter.

Whimsical, touching and sweet. Reminds us how connected we are in a vast universe. Highly recommend for good feels

If you’re able to see Craig In Conversation With God and Ashley Whitehead’s Polarity in the same day like I did, I would really recommend it. Also, if you’re able to see it in an audience filled with improvisers, it really makes for a fun and unpredictable performance.

Whitehead plays the North Star in this play, and they have noticed something changing lately in the humans they have watched for millennia- the humans aren’t paying any attention to them anymore. Feeling like their usefulness has worn out they decide that it’s time to tie up their loose ends and retire to somewhere new, but this proves to be a little more difficult than they first anticipated. A lovely story about finding meaning in life told through the perspective of an actual star, with a good bit of comedy and audience interaction sprinkled in. I will definitely look up at the night sky a lot more after seeing this show.

A lovely journey of loving where you are at and finding the comfort in the community around you. The performer is fantastic with great physical comedy and impeccable audience participation. They took us on the journey with them and we all had a good laugh together. The show is always evolving so you never know where our Polaris might end up on the next orbit!
