So delightful, heartfelt, and tender, this piece deserves its many accolades! I loved James Ersil's snail, and it was wonderful to get to see Lawson perform. Dylan was great as the older brother! Well performed, well directed, well designed. Congrats team!
My top show this Fringe! I really loved this piece, the dry humour, the performance, the live interaction and the ways the work gently provoked and prodded us to consider the north stars in our own life. Funny, well-crafted, unique to each audience - my only regret is I wish I had more time to talk to the artists who brought it here!
I was glad to get to see this piece as I'm always up for a horror play and I loved the concepts that this artist was exploring! Bravo!
I love a show with big ambitions, humour, and a socially-engaged perspective. Put in an ensemble cast and some great multimedia elements, and you've got me hooked! I hope to get to see where this piece goes next. Bravo!
This was a wonderful storytelling show handled deftly, it kept me engaged throughout and I was so glad I got to see it!
I only got to attend the first part of this piece, but I was so glad that I did - I have long been a fan of Mammalian Diving Reflex from afar and was so so excited that they were coming to Halifax! I really enjoyed their gentle provocations and exercises they led the audience through to engage us with each other and eventually with strangers on the street. I love this kind of work and I was so so glad this was at Fringe this year. Thanks SINS and Mammalian!
I loved this play! Great use of space, excellent performances across the board, sweet and touching and funny, lovely design elements. Bravo to the whole team and I hope it gets another run!
Wendy is an unassuming, charming, and deft storyteller, and you can see how she has thrived on her many adventures! I laughed lots and had a great time! Bravo!
I loved seeing this great ensemble cast perform - I learned something, laughed, and had a ball! Congrats team!
Visually stunning, haunting, and innovative - Emma Lamont has done it again! Especially impressive that we saw Thunder Defayette in as understudy but it all felt as smooth as if she had been in the role from the beginning - kudos to the whole team! Loved the design and the concept!
